Working Civils Supervisor

• Plan works and organise all site enabling activities. • Report on project progress and completions to ensure projects meet all Client standards. • Ensure work programmes deliver the maximum output from teams. • Ensure that the optimum method of construction is used. • Ensure construction meets all standards set by Client /Customer. • Complete all works within prescribed timescales. • Work flexibly and respond effectively to emergency requirements of Clients. • Manage the allocation of labour, ensuring best for task, monitoring and maximising production. • Procure & mobilise resources (Labour, Plant & materials). • Keep a close account of project costing, including purchasing, labour resources and hire, including monitoring the need for and use of hired-in plant and equipment. • Coordinate site activities including management of

• labour • plant, • materials, • traffic management • associated subcontract activities.

• Predict future activities to ensure required resource is available for subsequent activities. • Undertake civil engineering tasks on site when acting as a working supervisor.
