data-contrast="none"> Manage accounts receivable and collections activities, including reviewing overdue balances, following up with customers, sending payment reminders, conducting collection calls, and applying account suspensions where required.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Maintain overdue account and collection reports, including accounts more than 10 days overdue, and exclude cases already transferred to collection agencies.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Process collection agency returns, customer inquiries, insolvency cases, and related claims documentation.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Import bank statements and post incoming customer payments accurately and timely.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Maintain open Accounts Receivable items, including cent differences, bank fees, unapplied cash, and other reconciling items.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Prepare weekly cash reports and AR-related monthly closing reports.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Upload invoices and supporting documents to customer portals and internal drives.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Monitor bounced invoice emails, update customer contact information, and resend invoices where required.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Manage the Accounts Receivable and E-Invoicing mailboxes in German and English.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Maintain and process accounting records, customer communications (e-mail and phone), and supporting documentation in German and English, including review of German customer contracts and business documents where required.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Process invoice corrections, credit notes, write-offs, and account adjustments.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Review and approve Sales Orders in NetSuite and Opportunities in Salesforce.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none"> Maintain and review the Bad Debt List, process book-specific bad debt reclassifications, and reconcile AR-related general ledger accounts.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="none">Support month-end close
