2D Architectural Drafter
About this role
<p>- Create, update & revise 2D floor plans, elevations, details for the structural renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry).</p><p>- Maintain the accuracy of drawings, and ensure the integrity and quality of deliverables.</p><p>- Coordinate drawings, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.</p><p>- Assist in the development of internal drawing standards and guidelines for work planning.</p>
<p>- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.</p><p>- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of proven experience working with           AutoCAD.</p><p>- Effective English communication skills.</p><p>- Must have exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>- Experience with other Autodesk software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D) is a plus.</p><p>- Experience working with international companies is an advantage.</p>
