Our store’s<br>franchisee started as a delivery driver in 1992.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>Operate all equipment.<br>Stock ingredients.<br>Prepare products.<br>Receive and process telephone orders.<br>Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.<br>Clean equipment and facility daily.<br></p><p><strong>Training:</strong></p><p>Orientation and training provided on the job.</p><p><strong>Skills Needed:</strong></p><p>Ability to comprehend and communicate well verbally and written with customers<br>and co-workers both over the phone and in person.</p><p><strong>Work Conditions:</strong></p><p>Exposure to temperature changes ranging from 32 to 90 degrees in varying work<br>areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped working areas, hot<br>surfaces/tools and moving mechanical parts.</p> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong><br>Exposure to standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing,<br>stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching and use of hands are to be<br>expected in performing all job tasks from preparing product, taking orders,<br>cleaning, stocking and operating equipment.</p>
