<p>Logistics Executive</p><p>Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to grow your career in the global logistics industry? We’re looking for a skilled **Logistics Executive** to join our US-based logistics client’s team in **West Tambaram, Chennai**.</p><p>In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries, coordinate logistics and supply chain activities, support sales operations, and work closely with international operations and shipping teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.</p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><p>* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries from global clients.<br> * Accurately document customer requirements and coordinate with relevant international operations teams.<br> * Follow up on existing inquiries and ensure timely closure of transactions.<br> * Coordinate with operations and shipping teams for smooth logistics execution.<br> * Follow global logistics **SOPs** and maintain accurate documentation.<br> * Support day-to-day logistics, supply chain, and customer service activities.<br> * Develop knowledge of international logistics, cross-border trade, and customs processes.</p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><p>* 1–3 years of experience** in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or related operations.<br> * Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br> * Good documentation and organizational skills.<br> * Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams.<br> * Proficiency in **MS Office**.<br> * Working knowledge of **TMS, WMS, and CRM** software is preferred.<br> * Knowledge of **cross-border trade, customs regulations, or international logistics** will be an added advantage.<br> * Ability to work in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.</p><p>&#xa0;Qualifications:</p><p>Experience in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Cross-Border Trade, or Customs Regulations** is preferred.</p><p>&#xa0;Additional Information:</p><p>**Experience:** 1–3 Years<br> **Location:** West Tambaram, Chennai<br> **Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO)&#xa0;<br> **Employment Type:** Full-Time<br> &#xa0;</p>
