<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Each shift is 24hours with a sleep in night, allowing you to work 24-48 hours per week and have almost 5 days off!</p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>kind, compassionate person</strong> to join a fantastic team supporting a <strong>young woman with a spinal cord injury</strong> in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.</p><p>She lives with her sister and a cheeky tabby cat — so being pet‑friendly is essential. She loves <strong>rare plants, greenery, and mindful hobbies</strong>, and enjoys getting out to explore new places and experiences.</p><p>Your role is to <strong>enable her to live her best life</strong>, supporting her with daily activities, personal care, and the things she loves.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting daily living and personal care needs</li><li>Assisting with mobility and bowel management</li><li>Helping her enjoy hobbies, outings, and new experiences</li><li>Working confidently around pets</li><li>Following care plans and instructions</li><li>Bringing warmth, humour, and a “can‑do” attitude</li><li>Working along side other professionals 3 times a day</li></ul><p>Full training is provided — previous complex care experience is helpful but not essential.</p>
