• Qualification : Diploma

• Experience : 4 to 6 years of industry experience

• Industry : Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Auto components

• Reporting to : SM - Operations

• Key Competencies : Leadership Skill, Problem Solving approach

• Compensation : Commensurate with qualification and experience

• Experience in handling production preferred

• Experience in Automotive Industry or Construction industry – Shop floor daily management, Fabrication, Welding, Continuous improvement and problem solving techniques

Job Description

• Daily production schedule attainment with SQDCM parameters

• Drive Productivity Improvements, Lean, TPM & EHS initiatives

• Coach & Mentor the shop floor resources and create the team work to deliver better results

• Guide the team on problem solving techniques through proper analysis & Root causing processes

• Drive IMS Process and implementation

• Plan and improve the workforce flexibility and multiskilling of the team members

• Responsible for development of Tools, Tackles, Trolleys for fabrication Parts

• Maintaining & improving Processes, Production efficiency, cycle time, capacity, & Process capabilities.

• Layout Changes and Modifications to ensure High Productivity
