About this role

Overview

Boyne Country Sports is seeking an experienced, professional Boot Fitter to join our retail team at Boyne Mountain Resort. This role requires genuine technical expertise — not just enthusiasm for skiing — and a polished, professional approach to customer interactions. The ideal candidate has hands-on boot fitting experience, deep product knowledge, and the sales acumen to guide customers confidently through the fitting and buying process. This is a retail sales role at its core: we're looking for someone who brings credibility and craftsmanship to every fit while consistently driving sales results.

Everything we do at Boyne Mountain is guided by our core values — L.E.A.D.S.: Long-Term Thinking, Excellence in Execution, Attitude is Everything, Develop Great People, and Serve First. You’ll bring those values to every appointment, every guest, and every shift. As a Boyne Mountain team member, you’ll also enjoy ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, affordable childcare, and much more.
