Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in the Pega platform and Customer Decision Hub (CDH) skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that meet business requirements while leveraging Pega technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega's capabilities and a proven track record in delivering successful projects.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Pega-based solutions that align with business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Lead the technical design and architecture of Pega applications. • Ensure best practices in Pega development and implementation. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. • Stay updated with the latest Pega features and enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience with Pega platform (mandatory). • Strong knowledge of Customer Decision Hub (CDH). • Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of integration techniques with Pega. • Familiarity with cloud-based Pega solutions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Relevant Pega certifications are a plus. • 7-10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
