We're looking for a motivated and driven Operations Manager (m/f/d) based in Lisbon area who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">You are responsible for managing all operational topics concerning Flixbus’ bus partners;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10859">Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to enhance partner performance and service quality;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10871">You work hand on hand with other teams to build, maintain, and develop long-lasting partnerships with these Bus partners and Flix presence in bus stations, specifically in Porto area. Travelling within the country is expected at least once a month, most of the times with one overnight;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10883">You ensure compliance with Flixbus procedures and protocols, training, supporting, and developing the drivers of these Bus Partners and conduct regular inspections to ensure everything meets our quality standards;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10895">You will take responsibility for an accurate start of each new line and constant improvement of the quality of line operations, especially regarding fleet, drivers and punctuality;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10907">You take part in different cross-functional operational projects, including global driven ones;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">You provide, when required, field support with bus stations management, as well as with other structures located in travelling area (ex. ticketshops);</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10919">Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Line Planning, Business Development) to ensure seamless operations.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">3-6 years of work experience in operations (transportation) in Portugal and/or Spain or a dynamic daily environment (handling daily incoming requests) ability to adequately deal with different stakeholders (bus terminal managers, bus drivers, operations supervisors or regional authorities) with high social and negotiation skills;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11016">Trustworthiness, engagement, resourcefulness and flexibility, as well as a hands-on mentality. Independent, reliable and responsible working style;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11092">Organized and full respectful of the Flixbus processes and protocols;</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11112">You are willing to travel at least monthly. most of the times with one overnight. Occasional international travelling (max. twice a year);</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Portuguese (native/proficient speaker level), highly fluent in English. Language skills will be tested. Spanish is a plus.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="11152">Know how to motivate internal and external stakeholders, and how to prioritize and organize yourself between incoming daily requests and longer-term tasks.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
