Production Manager_ME

<ul><li>Lead and manage manufacturing operation teams, including production, mateiral and manufacturing quality to achieve production performance requirements interms of SQCD.</li><li>Drive and lead value stream activities (System CIP, point CIP and daily leadership routing)</li><li>Human source planning and drive dir. Productivity improvement based on boniness needs</li><li>Lead and create the CIP culture in production area.</li><li>Build a stable and high-performance production team. And be responsible for Workshop management, 5S, Productivity, Delivery, etc.</li><li>Coach &amp; problem solving in daily works and management team (Poka-Yoke,PDCA,8D, A3,etc)</li><li>Optimize mterial flow, bubbles and layout to transparent WIP and reduce the cost</li><li>Coorpartate with SMT and LOP to optimize the production planning and reduce DIO in MAKE.</li><li>Digitalization and transformation with I4.0 solution in MFO to improve line performance and improve D/ID productivity</li></ul>

<p>Bachelor degree or above</p><p>5 years high level experience in automotive manufacturing or EMS field</p><p>Computer literate in MS Office applications;</p><p>Ability to cooperate and coordinate; Initiative;Efficiency</p>
