About this role

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for our Transportation team based in Mississauga, Ontario.  This full time role is for a newly created position expected to begin in January 2027. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Preparation of lighting and traffic signal layouts</li><li>Preparation of wiring diagrams and electrical details</li><li>Performs photometric analysis of lighting systems</li><li>Performs voltage drop calculations</li><li>Preparation of contract documents and specifications</li><li>Site visits</li><li>Follows company and project procedures and policies to achieve set results and deadlines. </li><li>Performs routine tasks while working under supervision. </li></ul>

Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Must have completed or will be completing their Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Interest in traffic signals and roadway lighting</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Knowledge of MTO design standards</li></ul>
