Warehouse Operator

Trident Consulting is seeking a "Warehouse Operator” for one of our clients in "Anchorage, AK” A global leader in business and technology services.

Role: Warehouse Operator

Location: Anchorage, AK - Contract

Duration: 12+ Months

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday (OT available nights/weekends)

Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr on W2 (Inclusive all)

Description:

• Prepare, pack, label, and process domestic and international shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. • Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition, and ensure proper documentation is completed. • Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment. • Safely move materials throughout the warehouse while adhering to all safety policies and procedures. • Support hazardous material and air freight shipping activities in compliance with International Air Transportation (IATA) and DOT certifications. • Verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing lists, and inventory records for accuracy. • Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure materials are properly identified and stored. • Utilize SAP and other systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and track shipments. • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities as needed. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to resolve shipping and receiving issues. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and regulatory standards.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
