ROLE OVERVIEW
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, maintenance, and operational management of GTI's Wilmington, NC facility. This role ensures that the building, grounds, and all facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters, supervises maintenance activities (both in-house and contracted), manages site maintenance vendor relationships, and provides proactive planning to support current operations and future facility expansion. This position relieves operational leadership of day-to-day building management responsibilities while maintaining high standards for employee safety, operational continuity, and asset preservation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide overall management and oversight of the Wilmington facility, ensuring consistent operational standards, regular inspections, and preventative maintenance across all building systems
