• Must be high school graduate or equivalent. • Must possess a valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record and have a CDL- class B with airbrakes • Knowledge of standards for installation of traffic control and pavement markings per the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. • Knowledge of lane and road closure standards per the Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety standards. • Willingness to work off-standard shift hours (nights, weekends, call backs) as required as well as emergency over time. • Experience working with and leading seasonal employees. • Willingness and ability to learn the sign manufacturing process.
