PTs will complete comprehensive evaluations, establish goals of care, and oversee therapy services. PTAs will provide hands-on treatment, guiding patients through exercises and interventions under PT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist. • Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination. • Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation. • Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions. • dhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards. • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy and Physical Therapist Assistant program. • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Michigan. • CPR certification. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules. • 401K Retirement Plan • Ability to earn PTO • Medical Benefits Available for all 30+ hourly employees • Excellent Pay • Employee Appreciation program • Rewarding Work Environment • Paid General Orientation • 24/7 staffing support
