Job Description:

• Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and performance of direct-operated personnel. • Responsible for conducting cost data analysis for direct-operated business units. • Assist in developing and optimizing operational data dashboards and reporting templates. • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any major • Minimum HSK Level 5 proficiency. • At least 1 year of relevant working experience. • Proficient in using Excel (advanced functions preferred). • Strong data analysis and data structuring capabilities.
