What You’ll Do
• Lead by example: launch new cases, introduce permanent caregivers to families, and model best‑practice care techniques. • Provide hands‑on care: assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, light exercise, meals, housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders. • Serve on the on‑call rotation: triage caregiver call‑outs, fill urgent shifts, and resolve client concerns after hours. • Problem‑solve in real time: address changes in client condition, escalate issues, and keep families informed.
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of professional CNA or home‑health experience (lead/supervisory duties a plus) • Proven ability to coach peers and communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift/transfer clients as needed • Tech‑savvy enough to document care notes in a mobile app or EMR • Compassionate, ethical, and calm under pressure—professional in every scenario
