Job Purpose Under the supervision of the Senior Center Director, provides administrative, operational, programming, and technical assistance, enters data into WellSky and MySeniorCenter, and assists with program registration and membership renewals.
Essential Job Duties
• Registers new members, renews current members’ membership forms, and collects enhancement donations. • Enters data into MySeniorCenter and other software (such as SurveyMonkey). • Assists members with accessing MySeniorCenter and OPAL programs. • Assist the center director in developing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating senior center programs and activities. • Assist the center director with the daily operations of the senior center. • Assist the center director in the oversight of the nutrition program. • Attends senior center team meetings. • Assists in completing reports as needed, as assigned by the senior center director. • Makes bank deposits for all county revenues as needed.
