Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in automation testing and a strong proficiency in Load Runner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Load Runner and other automation tools. • Analyze system requirements and design test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Execute performance testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and provide feedback on quality issues. • Document test plans, test cases, and test results in a clear and concise manner. • Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality best practices. • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong expertise in Load Runner for performance testing. • Proficient in automation testing frameworks and tools. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. • Experience with scripting languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of other performance testing tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 7-10 years of experience in QA automation and performance testing. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
