Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Generative AI (Gen AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a particular emphasis on generative techniques. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our AI capabilities. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in the area of Generative AI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI. Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI/ML projects. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Generative AI techniques and frameworks. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and analysis. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision. Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI. Proven track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.
