Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.
What you'd be doing:
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality • Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current • Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly • Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
What we're looking for:
• Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level • Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Fluent Dutch, written and spoken • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
