Claim Handler with Dutch

What will your tasks involve? • End-to-end management and settlement of insurance claims for clients in the Dutch market.

• Verifying claim documentation, assessing liability, and evaluating coverage details. • Managing communications and coordinating processes between policyholders, specialists, and external partners. • Resolving complex claims cases efficiently and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. • Maintaining precise record-keeping and updating internal claims systems accurately. • Ensuring smooth, timely, and customer-focused resolution of all claims cases.

What we expect from you? • Strong knowledge of Dutch (minimum B2+)

• At least a communicative level of English, both spoken and written. • 4–6 years of experience in claims handling/liquidation (experience in motor/car or property lines is strongly preferred; candidates from other business lines are also welcome). • Proven track record and background working with the Dutch insurance market. • Valid WFT certifications (WFT Basis + WFT Schade Particulier OR WFT Basis + WFT Schade Zakelijk) are a major advantage. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • High level of accuracy, proactivity, and commitment to quality service delivery.
