A Hebrew-speaking Content Moderation is needed for a team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document decisions clearly enough for others to follow the reasoning • Review user-generated content against platform policy guidelines • Escalate sensitive or unclear cases through the right internal channels • Make consistent, well-reasoned moderation decisions within agreed timeframes

Requirements:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal • Fluent Hebrew, written and spoken • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
