A well-established company in Lisbon is expanding and looking to bring on a Content Moderation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make consistent, well-reasoned moderation decisions within agreed timeframes • Review user-generated content against platform policy guidelines • Keep up to date as content policies and guidelines evolve • Escalate sensitive or unclear cases through the right internal channels

Requirements:

• Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role • Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems • Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal • Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
