About this role

Key Responsibilities automation experience as well with Web, Mobile, API Lead end-to-end UAT strategy, planning and execution for Banking and Financial Services programmes. Strong domain knowledge of the Core Banking domain Develop comprehensive UAT Test Strategies, Test Plans, test scenarios, test cases and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM). Drive testing across the complete lifecycle, including functional, integration, regression, negative and E2E testing. Manage UAT readiness, test execution, defect resolution, business validation and test sign-off. Identify, assess and manage testing risks, dependencies, assumptions and issues, maintaining effective RAID governance. Provide regular test status reports, dashboards and executive-level reporting covering progress, risks, defects and sign-off readiness. Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, workstreams and geographically distributed teams. Manage resource and capacity planning, including allocation, onboarding, offboarding and utilization of testing resources.. Contribute to delivery governance, operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and guide test analysts and leads, promoting consistent testing standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / UAT / E2E Testing, preferably within Core Banking and Financial Services. Strong hands-on experience in developing Test Strategy and Test Plans. Experience managing complete UAT and E2E testing cycles. Strong knowledge of Defect Management, Defect Triage, RTM and Test Sign-off. Experience managing risks, dependencies and RAID items. Proven experience in stakeholder and client management. Experience managing large testing teams and resource/capacity planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with Agile, Waterfall and V-Model methodologies. Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. Strong understanding of banking processes and payment flows
