As Restaurant Server, you'll serve food and beverages with genuine warmth and professionalism, sharing menu knowledge that helps every guest have the best possible dining experience.

Key Responsibilities • Greets guests, presents menus, and shares detailed information on food and beverage options • Takes accurate food and drink orders from guests • Relays orders to the kitchen and ensures timely delivery of meals • Serves food and beverages professionally and courteously • Checks on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction • Handles payment transactions accurately • Collaborates with other team members to provide excellent guest service • Assists with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Skills, Knowledge and Requirements • Experience serving in an upscale restaurant environment helpful • Familiarity with POS systems and bar service requirements • Proficient in conversational English • Customer service-oriented with a positive, friendly demeanor • Prolonged standing and walking throughout shifts • Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and service items • Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling • Able to lift, push or pull equipment, chemicals, tools, supplies up to 40 lbs.
