Packaging Supervisor – Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Packaging Supervisor to join the team on the night shift.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the packaging team during the night shift. • Ensure that packaging activities are carried out efficiently and according to production planning. • Follow and maintain the work schedule • Lead and coordinate team members • Actively contribute to the work on the floor • Work responsibly, flexibly, and independently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a packaging, production, or supervisory role. • Strong organizational and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. • Willingness to work night shifts. • Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is an advantage. • Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
