Java Software Engineer

• Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives. • Interact regularly with team members located in different regions and occasionally with leadership on a range of topics. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and direction. • Architect solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmap and technical strategy. • Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns. • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of new tools and technologies. • Maintain and enhance existing software applications to optimize performance and functionality. • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and tools to drive innovation and continuous improvement. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. • 5+ years hands-on experience with Java, Spring, RDBMS . • Strong object oriented design and development skills, data-structures and algorithms, and design patterns. • Excellent analytical ability. • Strong experience with relational databases logical modelling . • Strength in querying large relational databases in an optimized manner. • A culture of incorporating unit test cases when designing systems using Junit . • Ability to write scripts in Shell/Python . • Strong collaboration and communication skills. • The candidate will work in a global team where clear and concise communication skills are a must. • Work independently following proper coding standards. • Exposure to leveraging AI agents and automation tools across software development, validation, and production deployment. • Hungarian citizenship and fluent Hungarian/English language skills is a must. • You will have the opportunity to gain experience in exciting, long-term, innovative projects, • Work in a multinational environment, • A team of great engineers, • Cafeteria.
