Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Albuquerque known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $ 40-55/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k) • PTO & Paid Holidays • Continuing Education Support • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation
📝 Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence • Document progress and adjust plans as needed • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
✨ Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program • Current NM license (or eligibility) • Passionate about improving patient quality of life • Strong communication and teamwork skills
