BreakThrough Physical Therapy is seeking a Float Physical Therapist to support our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinics across the Greater Raleigh region. This unique multi-site role serves 11 clinics spanning Sanford, NC to Oxford, NC, offering exposure to diverse patient populations, experienced clinical teams, and multiple practice settings—all while enjoying the stability and support of North Carolina’s leading outpatient physical therapy organization.

As a Float PT, you’ll build clinical expertise across multiple locations, expand your professional network, and play a critical role in helping patients return to the activities they love. Salary includes a $10,000 annual Float PT stipend while serving in the Float Physical Therapist role , recognizing the flexibility and regional support provided across our clinic network.
