Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Claude to FindYourCareer?

Open Customize → Connectors in Claude, add a custom connector with the server address above, then connect with your FindYourCareer account. Enable the connector in your conversation before asking for jobs.

Can I use this with a free Claude account?

Anthropic says custom remote connectors are available on Free, Pro and Max accounts. Free accounts can add one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise accounts, an Owner adds it for the organization first.

Does Claude read my CV or apply for jobs?

The connector returns job listings, details and your allowance when requested. It does not send your stored CV or profile, apply for jobs or send alerts. Anything you type or paste into Claude is shared with Claude separately.

Do I need a Career Pass?

Job access requires an active, verified Career Pass. A paid trial has a smaller one-time allowance; an unpaid trial does not unlock connector jobs. Claude is a separate product with its own terms.

Can I disconnect Claude?

Yes. Revoke the FindYourCareer connection in your integration settings. You can also remove or disable the connector in Claude.

Why did Claude find no matching jobs?

An empty result can be correct. Ask Claude to show the exact role, location and date filters it used. Only widen a filter when you choose to.
