Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention • Collaborate with healthcare team to plan and implement patient care • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting • Current RN license in the state • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in acute care settings • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Valid RN Certification
