Lead Software Engineer

P1C3TSTS 5–8 years of overall software development experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Golang developmentStrong understanding of Go routines, channels, concurrency, and memory managementExperience building REST APIs and microservices.Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or Cassandra.Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.Experience with Git version control.Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.Experience developing scalable and distributed applications.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud PlatformFamiliarity with Kubernetes and container orchestrationExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.Experience with event-driven architectures.Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.Exposure to distributed systems and high-volume transactional environments.Knowledge of gRPC and Protocol Buffers.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Understanding of cloud-native application development.
