Deaconess has progressed well with Population Health Management and aligned with multiple hospitals in the region for continued long-term success. We are continuing to grow rapidly and are looking for physicians in multiple specialties, if spouse or friend is also in medicine.

Fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for inpatient and outpatient, including EPIC video visits for telemedicine.

Location

The South Green River Rd. office is a primary care practice located in Evansville, IN. The practice is a well-rounded primary care practice consisting of three Family Medicine Physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider.

Evansville, IN is a great place to raise a family. Great community and welcoming/warm people. Great area for hunting, fishing and watersports. Located within the east side of the city, the clinic is in close proximity to many options for shopping, dining and entertainment. Louisville, Nashville and St. Louis all within a 2 ½-hour drive or less. Indianapolis is within three hours.

Compensation

Competitive base annual salary $260,000 (minimum salary guarantee for initial 12 months). Long-term income very competitive and based on combination of productivity, quality bonus and stipend payments for the non-wRVU tasks associated with care of complex patients and Population Health Management.
