This role provides full psychiatric care for patients who depend on steady guidance and clear clinical direction. It is a position that requires leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with many medical and clinical partners. As a Staff Psychiatrist, you will perform the following duties:
• Patient Assessment: Conduct detailed psychiatric examinations and establish accurate diagnoses • Treatment Planning: Develop individual treatment plans by directing team discussions and using interdisciplinary input • Medical Interpretation: Review consultations, lab results, and clinical studies to determine appropriate treatment orders • Emergency Response: Lead psychiatric and medical emergency actions, provide direction, and apply trained procedures • Documentation Preparation: Produce reports, progress notes, treatment reviews, and competency assessments • Court Participation: Testify at hearings related to commitments, competency, and guardianship

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
• Full-time employment • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Possible evening, weekend, and holiday on-call hours. • Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. • You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
• Completion of a residency or training program in psychiatry which meets the certification requirements of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.
