• Monday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM • Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What We're Looking For
• Minimum of 1 year of dental administration experience. • Proficiency in scheduling, hygiene coordination, insurance submissions and predeterminations, insurance payment entry, and other administrative responsibilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, team members, and dental providers. • Exceptional customer service skills and a patient-first mindset. • A proactive approach, strong initiative, and a sense of urgency. • A positive attitude and the ability to motivate and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
