What you'll do This role is designed for a pragmatic technical facility and workshop professional with a strong hands-on approach, broad safety awareness, and the ability to organize infrastructure, equipment, and operational processes in a structured and reliable way.

Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Facility & Workshop Operations

• Ensuring a safe, functional, and well-organized technical facility, workshop, and support environment • Performing minor maintenance, repair, installation, and upkeep tasks within the building and technical areas • Assembling, installing, and modifying workstations, technical equipment, storage solutions, and workshop infrastructure • Supporting hands-on equipment set-up, reconfiguration, and internal moves in close coordination with relevant teams • Coordinating external service providers and specialist contractors for repairs, maintenance, and technical interventions

Occupational Safety & Risk Management

• Monitoring day-to-day implementation of occupational safety measures in office, workshop, and storage areas • Supporting the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of risk assessments and safe operating procedures • Preparing, updating, and maintaining safety-related documentation, instructions, and operational records • Helping ensure compliance with internal safety standards, workplace regulations, and equipment-related requirements • Identifying unsafe conditions, initiating corrective actions, and following up on preventive measures
