About MAP

MAP's vision is a future in which all Palestinians can access an effective, sustainable and locally led system of healthcare and the full realisation of their rights to health and dignity. We work alongside Palestinian communities and trusted local partners to respond to immediate humanitarian needs while strengthening health systems for the long term. We also amplify Palestinian voices and advocate for an end to the barriers to health and dignity caused by occupation, displacement, conflict and discrimination.

In recent years, MAP has experienced a period of unprecedented growth, enabling us to expand both our humanitarian response and our long-term development work. As we continue to deliver our ambitious organisational strategy through to 2028, we are committed to sustaining this growth, deepening our impact and strengthening the partnerships that make our work possible.

Partnerships and philanthropy play a critical role in achieving this ambition. We are seeking new ways to engage supporters, organisations and institutions that share our commitment to Palestinian health, dignity and rights, ensuring they can play a meaningful role in delivering lasting change.

About the Role

This is an exciting new role at a pivotal moment for MAP. This role will help shape MAP's future engagement across Palestine and the Gulf region, identifying new opportunities for income growth, strategic partnerships and organisational influence. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, programmes, communications and advocacy, you will help establish MAP as a trusted and credible partner within key markets and networks.

As MAP's senior fundraising and partnerships representative in the region, you will lead market scoping and relationship development activity, building connections with philanthropists, family offices, charitable foundations, corporate partners, institutional funders, academic institutions and other influential stakeholders. You will use your knowledge, networks and judgement to identify the most promising opportunities, build a pipeline of strategic relationships and make recommendations about MAP's future investment and approach in the region.
