Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years in affiliate management, partnerships, or creator partnerships • Demonstrated experience proactively recruiting and onboarding partners or affiliates, not just managing an existing book • Comfortable owning a relationship end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, and onboarding • Understanding of the info-business, course, or creator-economy space well enough to identify strong affiliate fits versus signups that won't activate • Comfortable operating without a fully defined playbook

Bonus Qualifications Direct experience in the info-business, course, or creator-economy space Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., PartnerStack or similar) Experience negotiating performance-based or flat-fee incentive structures
