RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department • Calculate and process the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system • High Visibility Position: Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise • Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets. • Maintains accurate vehicle inventory. • Filing daily • Switchboard operating • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces. • Superior customer service skills • Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Dealership experience • Ability to work some evenings and weekends • Professional personal appearance
