Hartford HealthCare is seeking a Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a multi-provider, primary care practice seeing patients of all ages. The position is located in Prospect, CT.

• Role : Open to Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) and Physician Assistants (PA) • Location : Prospect, CT • Setting : 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Family Medicine, birth and up, no OB • Schedule: Full-time, 4 days per week • Call schedule: No call required
