LPN Primary Responsibilities
As an LPN, you will provide compassionate nursing care while helping our residents achieve their highest level of health and well-being. Responsibilities include:
• Providing direct nursing care to residents • Administering medications and treatments as ordered • Monitoring and documenting resident conditions • Communicating changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team • Collaborating with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team • Providing support and communication to residents and their families • Following facility policies, infection control practices, and nursing standards • Helping create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Responsibilities
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Primary Responsibilities
The LPN is responsible for providing for the daily care, health needs, safety and comfort of the residents. Including providing professional assessments and documentation of the residents health and assisting with the management of the assigned nursing units staff.
