OUTSIDE SERVICE - Full-Time Seasonal

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Outside Services (OSP) Staff is responsible for assisting members and guests with vehicle, luggage, and transportation services, maintaining the cleanliness of club-owned vehicles and golf carts, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. The position plays an important role in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for members, guests, and staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Issue and collect automobile claim tickets. • Maintain safe and clean entrances, parking lots, and work areas. • Direct members and guests to desired locations within the club. • Wash, fuel, and maintain members', guests', club, livery, and sales vehicles. • Provide transportation for members and guests to and from the airport. • Perform minor club repairs as directed. • Cover employee shuttle driver shifts as needed, including days off and breaks. • Keep all members' golf carts clean and ready for use. • Provide support at both practice facilities. • Assist members and guests with special requests. • Attend staff meetings and required training sessions. • Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Outside Services Manager or other designated supervisor. • Leadership - Maintain a professional, positive attitude while promoting company values and representing departmental objectives. • Teamwork - Foster cooperation and collaboration among coworkers and across departments. • Safety - Follow all established safe work practices and attend required safety training. • Other duties as assigned - Flexibility to adapt to operational needs.

Education and/or Experience
• Some high school required; high school diploma or GED preferred. • Previous valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Required Technical / Other Skills and Abilities
• Able to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Able to stay calm and professional in busy or emergency situations. • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
