Job description • Deliver tailored guidance to prospective buyers interested in bespoke and high-end automotive features
• Serve as the primary advisory resource during the entire vehicle design and booking lifecycle • Establish lasting, trust-based connections with high-net-worth clients to anticipate their distinct preferences • Represent the high-end vehicle division while offering a refined, personal touch to every interaction • Liaison across regional dealerships, corporate headquarters, and internal units to address buyer inquiries and fulfill orders • Gather market intelligence and consumer insights to help refine premium client programs • Drive regional customer experience initiatives while staying current on competitive sector trends
Requirements • Higher education qualification from an accredited college or university
• Solid background spanning 3-5 years within luxury retail, high-end guest relations, or a related sector • Deep understanding of high-end consumer demands paired with a strong commitment to service excellence • Professional fluency in both English and Hungarian, both written and spoken • Outstanding organizational capabilities alongside a proactive approach to addressing complex challenges • Familiarity working alongside cross-functional or global teams is highly regarded • Competency in software tools such as enterprise CRM and order processing platforms • Strong enthusiasm for high-performance vehicles and the luxury marketplace
