What You’ll Do
• Perform comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Support residents with ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, positioning, and functional mobility • Deliver developmentally appropriate, goal-driven interventions in individual and group settings • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams on care planning, progress monitoring, and transitions

Responsibilities
OT - Occupational Therapist:
Clinical Practice & Resident Care
• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and direct occupational therapy services and programs. • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and chart reviews in accordance with physician orders and facility policy. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on residents’ medical, functional, and social histories. • Provide individual, supervised, and group occupational therapy interventions. • Monitor residents’ responses to treatment and consult with physicians regarding modifications as needed. • Promote resident participation in individual and group therapeutic and recreational activities. • Provide, recommend, fabricate, and train residents and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, orthotics, and prosthetics as appropriate.
