Job Overview:
The Customer Service Assistant duties include but are not limited to:
• Process provider enrollment and revalidation applications according to productivity standards. • Monitor and track application statuses to ensure timely follow‑up and completion. • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders • Verify provider documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing. • Update provider records in the enrollment system as needed. • Maintain compliance with state and federal requirements and internal policies. • Use designated communication tools such as Teams, the PE mailbox, and ServiceNow to assist with inquiries and create tickets. • Participate in required meetings and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
