You'll make sandwiches, greet customers, keep the store clean, and work the register. That's it. It's not complicated, but it does move fast — especially during lunch rush. If you can stay on your feet, keep a positive attitude, and follow a recipe, you'll do fine here.
We'll train you on everything. You don't need to know how to make a sandwich on day one. You just need to show up ready to learn.

We're a family-owned company that operates more than 30 Subway locations across Houston, Conroe, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, New Caney, Cleveland, Splendora, Coldspring, and Cypress, and we're still opening more. We're not a faceless corporation. Your managers know your name, and if you want to grow, there's a real path — we've promoted team members to store managers to district supervisors.
