2 nd shift Inventory Supervisor
Inventory Accuracy & Control
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations. • Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, and stock movements. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances. • Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and customer requirements. • Conduct root cause analysis for inventory errors and implement corrective actions. • Cycle Counts & Physical Inventory • Develop and execute cycle count schedules. • Manage annual physical inventory activities. • Review count results and reconcile variances. • Ensure inventory audits are completed accurately and on time. • Track inventory accuracy metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
• Supervise inventory clerks, coordinators, and associates. • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. • Establish clear expectations and accountability within the team. • Create work schedules and allocate resources appropriately. • Promote employee engagement and development.
Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and system controls. • Partner with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to reduce inventory errors.
Warehouse Management System - Manhattan WMS
• Monitor inventory transactions within the WMS. • Validate receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments. • Troubleshoot system-related inventory issues. • Ensure system data integrity and inventory visibility. • Ability to utilize Mahattan
Compliance & Safety
• Ensure inventory processes meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements. • Support warehouse safety initiatives. • Maintain inventory documentation and audit readiness. • Participate in quality and compliance inspections.
The Inventory Control Supervisor role has a national salary range of $55,000 - $90,000.
For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $90,000, Washington is $80,169 - $90,000, New York is 62,354 - $90,000 and Colorado 57,500 - $90,000.
