What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Deliver compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes the wants and needs of your clients while supporting neurodiversity acceptance. - Implement Individualized Plans: Run target procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections. - Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
